He brings more than three decades of executive leadership experience spanning corporate banking, nonprofit governance, financial management, organizational administration, and pastoral leadership. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated a commitment to institutional excellence, responsible stewardship, and servant leadership.
Pastor Brown built a distinguished career in the banking industry, serving in progressively responsible leadership positions including Bank Manager, Assistant Bank Manager, Senior Personal Banker, and Personal Banking Officer. His experience at Harris Bank and Lakeside Bank encompassed branch operations, financial management, business development, customer relationship management, strategic planning, team leadership, budgeting, and operational oversight. He also completed studies in Business Administration and Management at the University of Illinois Chicago.
His ministry leadership reflects more than twenty-five years of service in organizational administration, leadership development, and pastoral care. At Mt. Olive Baptist Church, he served in several key leadership capacities, including Church Administrator, Chair of the Finance Committee, Youth Pastor, Sunday School Superintendent, Spiritual Advisor, Founder of the Marriage Ministry, and Interim Pastor.
Since joining Living Water Community Church in 2010, Pastor Brown has continued to expand his executive leadership through significant governance and operational responsibilities. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Elders and as Executive Pastor of Facilities and Finance, providing executive oversight of financial stewardship, facilities management, operational systems, and organizational administration. He also serves as Church Treasurer, assists direction of the Men's Ministry, oversees the First Impressions Ministry, and co-founded the Covenant Keepers Marriage Ministry with his wife.

She brings extensive experience in financial regulation, accounting, auditing, compliance, and public-sector financial oversight. Her professional career reflects a deep commitment to financial integrity, accountability, sound governance, and responsible stewardship—qualities that are essential to the effective leadership of nonprofit organizations.
Ms. Quaigrainie currently serves as a Financial Institutions Examiner III with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. In this role, she conducts complex regulatory examinations of financial institutions, evaluates financial operations and internal controls, analyzes budgets and financial statements, assesses organizational risk, and provides recommendations to executive management and governing boards regarding regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness. She also serves as a lead examiner, providing guidance and technical leadership to other financial examiners.
Prior to her current position, she served as a Revenue Tax Specialist with the Illinois Department of Revenue, where she performed technical analyses of tax records, financial accounts, and revenue collections while resolving complex financial discrepancies. Earlier in her career, she also worked in financial services with Western & Southern Financial Group, assisting clients with financial planning, insurance, and retirement solutions.

Mr. Roberts is a Senior Systems Field Engineer with Motorola Solutions, bringing more than two decades of experience designing, implementing, and supporting complex technology solutions for public safety agencies throughout the United States, Canada, and Africa. Throughout his career, he has successfully led the deployment of mission-critical systems that integrate video surveillance, wireless communications, network infrastructure, and public safety technologies, helping organizations improve operational effectiveness and public service delivery.
His technical expertise spans systems engineering, network architecture, wireless infrastructure, video surveillance systems, license plate recognition (LPR) technologies, Windows Server configuration, SQL, VMware, Microsoft Azure, and enterprise technology integration. He is recognized for his ability to analyze complex technical challenges, develop reliable solutions, and successfully manage projects in high-performance environments where accuracy, collaboration, and dependability are essential.
Before assuming his current leadership role, Mr. Roberts served in several engineering positions with Motorola Solutions, including Presales Systems Engineer and Software Engineer, where he collaborated with engineering, product development, sales, and public safety organizations to design, test, implement, and support innovative technology solutions. Earlier in his career, he also served as a Software Engineer with Snap-on Diagnostics and as a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer with Abbott Laboratories.
Mr. Roberts earned a Bachelor of Arts in Computer and Information Systems from Barat College of DePaul University and an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Hardware and Electronics from Trinidad State Junior College. He has also completed advanced professional training in network security, networking technologies, and Genetec surveillance and license plate recognition systems.
